Policies Cancellation/Reschedule Policy – While walk in customers are warmly invited at the BLVD, most of our stylists are in high demand! We strongly suggest booking your apt in advance to be sure we dedicate the amount of beauty time you deserve for your desired look!

We fully understand that plans change and life happens! Our salon maintains a rotating list of clients that are waiting and hoping for a last minute opening due to unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 2 business days (48 hours) in advance if you need to reschedule any appointment that you won’t be able to fulfill so we can happily reschedule you without any fees or fuss. This notice will allow us to move someone else on our list up into that slot! Cancellations with less than 2 business days (48 hours) notice will be subject to $40 fee.

Waiting List – We know it can be challenging to book an apt way in advance at times! So we here at the Boulevard keep a current list of clients who request a contact if an opening should occur. This allows our booked clients to reschedule guilt free, our stylists to remain busy and productive, and our clients requiring services with minimal notice to receive short notice beauty treatments!
